SHIPLY delivers packaging and shipping materials for Philippine businesses. Delivery options depend on order size, product type, address, and whether the order needs local delivery, truck delivery, or arranged freight.

Checkout Areas

Online checkout is currently available for selected Luzon service areas, including Metro Manila, Rizal, and CALABARZON.

Custom Freight

Large, bulky, truckload, outside-service-area, Visayas, Mindanao, island, and remote orders may need a shipping quote.

Timing

Delivery timing depends on stock, order size, payment confirmation, delivery area, and vehicle availability.

Delivery Coverage

Shipping options and fees are shown at checkout when delivery is available for your address. For large, bulky, truckload, or outside-service-area orders, our team may contact you to confirm the best delivery option before dispatch.

CALABARZON delivery costs can vary by city, distance, order size, and vehicle requirement. Bulky or outlying-area orders may require delivery confirmation before dispatch.

Bulky, Truckload, and Special Handling Orders

Some packaging supplies take up significant delivery space even when the order value is moderate. Large, bulky, truckload, or special handling orders may require a custom delivery quote.

Common bulky items: corrugated shipping boxes, mailer boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film, large mixed packaging orders, truckload orders, and palletized orders.

Custom arrangements: orders that need a van, closed truck, 6-wheeler, special route, or scheduled delivery will be confirmed before fulfillment.

Orders Outside Luzon

For Visayas, Mindanao, island destinations, and locations outside our standard Luzon checkout areas, please request a shipping quote.

Send us: delivery city and province, products and quantities needed, preferred delivery date, business name and contact person, and receiving instructions.

We will review: order size, destination, product type, delivery constraints, and the most practical delivery or freight option.

Delivery Timing

SHIPLY does not guarantee same-day delivery unless our team confirms it for your specific order. Delivery timing depends on product availability, order size, payment confirmation, delivery area, and vehicle availability.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address, contact number, and receiving instructions are complete and accurate. Delays may occur if the address is incomplete, the receiver is unavailable, or the location requires special access.

Additional delivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts, address changes after dispatch, or special handling not included in the original delivery arrangement.
