SHIPLY supplies packaging and shipping materials for Philippine businesses. We deliver to supported areas through local delivery partners, truck delivery, and arranged freight depending on order size, product type, and destination.
Shipping options and fees are shown at checkout when delivery is available for your address. For large, bulky, truckload, or outside-service-area orders, our team may contact you to confirm the best delivery option before dispatch.
Delivery Coverage
Online checkout is currently available for selected Luzon service areas, including:
- Metro Manila
- Rizal
- CALABARZON
For other Luzon areas, Visayas, Mindanao, island destinations, and remote locations, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. We can help arrange delivery, freight, truckload, or sea cargo options depending on the order size and destination.

CALABARZON delivery costs can vary by city, distance, order size, and vehicle requirement. Bulky or outlying-area orders may require delivery confirmation before dispatch.
*Bulky, Truckload, and Special Handling Orders
Some packaging supplies take up significant delivery space even when the order value is moderate. This is especially common for:
- Corrugated shipping boxes
- Mailer boxes
- Bubble wrap
- Stretch film
- Large mixed packaging orders
- Truckload or palletized orders
*Large, bulky, truckload, or special handling orders may require a custom delivery quote. If your order needs a van, closed truck, 6-wheeler, special route, or scheduled delivery, our team will confirm the delivery arrangement before fulfillment.
Orders Outside Luzon
For Visayas, Mindanao, island destinations, and locations outside our standard Luzon checkout areas, please request a shipping quote.

- Any receiving instructions, such as warehouse hours or truck access

Delivery Timing
Delivery timing depends on product availability, order size, payment confirmation, delivery area, and vehicle availability. We will confirm delivery details for orders that require special handling, truck delivery, or custom freight.
SHIPLY does not guarantee same-day delivery unless our team confirms it for your specific order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Please make sure your delivery address, contact number, and receiving instructions are complete and accurate. Delays may occur if the address is incomplete, the receiver is unavailable, or the location requires special access.
Additional delivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts, address changes after dispatch, or special handling not included in the original delivery arrangement.
