Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Important: A 10% restocking fee (exclusive of tax) applies to all approved returns. You are also responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return any stock item within 30 days for a refund or exchange, except:
- Custom made items
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product listing
- Items not in resalable condition (i.e., damaged, used, or missing original packaging)
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please submit via our Contact Form and give us details why you want to return. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 45 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
